User Agreement

Welcome to Nerro, a community platform dedicated to discussions and shared experiences related to hair texture, hair care, and hairstyling. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Nerro mobile application and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By accessing or using Nerro, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Nerro is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The platform does not permit minors to register or use the Service. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account and remove related data.

2. Description of the Service

Nerro provides a social platform where users can explore and share content related to hair care, hair texture, hairstyling inspiration, and daily experiences. Through the Service, users may browse videos posted by other members, view photo and text posts, publish their own content, express interest in videos they enjoy, and discover recommended creators suggested by the platform.

The Service is designed to encourage creativity, self-expression, and community interaction around hair-related topics and personal lifestyle experiences.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or that engage in harmful or abusive behavior within the community.

4. User Content

The Service allows users to upload, publish, and share videos, images, text posts, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any content you create and post on Nerro. However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Nerro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. By posting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights to share it

• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

• Your content does not contain harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or community standards.

5. Community Conduct

To maintain a respectful and positive environment, users agree not to engage in behavior that may harm the platform or other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting illegal, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content

• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users

• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Attempting to interfere with the normal operation or security of the Service

• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial activities or spam

Nerro reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate these rules, including content removal, account suspension, or termination.

6. Platform Recommendations

The Service may provide recommendations, such as suggested users or content that may interest you. These recommendations are generated automatically based on general activity patterns or platform features and are intended to improve user experience.

While we aim to provide helpful suggestions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of recommended content or users.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Nerro platform, including the application design, logos, features, and software, are owned by or licensed to the platform operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior authorization.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if a user violates this Agreement, engages in harmful conduct, or otherwise threatens the safety or integrity of the platform.

Users may also discontinue use of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nerro does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nerro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service, including issues related to user-generated content or interactions between users.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal obligations. When updates occur, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the Service after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised Agreement.
